Terrible customer service! Will never give my business to these #\$%\$ again. Showed up at 8 to pick up truck and employee wasn t there until 830 . Didn t realize until a few weeks later that I left my dollie in the truck, called them and they said there isn t anything we can do. Didn t make any effort to help. I will never come back here and hope you don t either because you will be an unhappy customer..

took my jeep in for a hitch instalation after the manager called me to set the appointment. the guy at the desk kep giving me the run around that i was not on the schedule and i may not get mine done today. After i made arrangements to get a ride and leave it he started telling me they culd only do half of the work horrible service I will never go there again. very rude

Wish there were a -1 star available. The storage manager there (Cheryl) is unprofessional and irrational. I ve never had a business person hang up the phone on me when I was asking a question in a calm and rational manner. She stated that I had broken the leasing agreement, but refused to site the section of the agreement that I had broken. She then refused to give me the owner s contact number when I called back and asked for it. She is rude, and has no regard for the basic rules of customer service.
CAUTION! This dealer is not trustworthy nor professional. The location is a mess and you will likely find the owner sleeping in some back room of this overpriced nasty furniture store. He knew I was arriving for pick-up and later found him sleeping in a creepy back room an hour later after yelling for him. There was 1yr s worth of food build up on kitchen appliences around his work area he was barefoot and smelled like a skunk.....never made eye contact once. Drive to another location if at all possible. Horrible experience
