"Gina" at Olson Optical is rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. She will send you passive-aggressive texts and messages regarding unpaid balances as if she is getting paid extra to do so. She is sarcastic and takes things personally as if this money is coming out of her own paycheck. Heads up, if you're owed money--being rude, sarcastic, and passive-aggressive about it surely won't expedite that process!
Awesome owners and staff. I'm very happy that I return. I will drive 40 minutes to my eye exam done bc how awesome the service is. Thank you again for being awesome.
