We just love this place! We have been shopping here for almost 5 years now. Great people and service.
Great store, products, and customer service. I shop on the first Wednesday of the month for Senior Day for my older cat and two dogs.
Haven't shopped at Olsen's for years because their prices are ridiculously high. Stopped in today since I was out of flax seed and didn't have time to go to my regular store. Used to paying $45 but was over $80 at Olsen's! With as many stores as they have you'd think they could do better. I'll keep shopping elsewhere.
After providing Olsen's with my email address in their store I received unsolicited emails from unrelated companies. I provided Olsen's with a unique address so I can track things like this. As a result of this unpleasant business practice which undermines trust and the merchant customer relationship I'm leaving a bad review until such time as this policy is addressed properly.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff
