After providing Olsen's with my email address in their store I received unsolicited emails from unrelated companies. I provided Olsen's with a unique address so I can track things like this. As a result of this unpleasant business practice which undermines trust and the merchant customer relationship I'm leaving a bad review until such time as this policy is addressed properly.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff
Nikki gave the absolute best customer service!! She was so kind and sweet with my dog, Comet. The whole store is very clean, great variety and VERY REASONABLE PRICES. We will definitely be back and recommend.
