Im not one to give out bad reviews on local businesses but I couldn’t help myself on this one. Tim was the worse attorney I’ve ever worked with before. His communication is that of a 5th grader. We practically guaranteed a chapter 7 and after money exchanged and a couple months later everything changed and was told we wouldn’t qualify for a 7. We decided that he knew best so went with a chapter 13 repayment plan. We were getting 700 dollar deducted monthly before our case was even closed! Did that about 6 months and numbers ... read more
