Don't waste your time or money with these guys. I Drove to Yakima two weeks ago to see them then made a phone appointment for 1:30pm for today. When I called I was told Tim Colman was busy on the phone and would call me back. Called again at 1:50pm and he was still on the phone with someone. Called back at 4:39pm and still on the phone with someone. Couldn't even take 2 minutes to have the receptionist call me and let me know he was too busy for the appointment I made with him a week before. OlsenDaines is not a professional... read more
