We started with a Ch. 13 and after looking through things, Matt suggested and converted us to a Ch. 7. He made this experience as good as possible and was so caring and wonderful. He helped us breathe again and we could not be more blessed to have had him as our attorney.

As BEST as this traumatic process can possibly be! We initially filed a Ch 13, but after Oregon changed the allowable home equity amount, we were advised by Rex Daines to change to a Ch 7. Matt Casper was prompt with answering our numerous questions in depth, and the staff were always courteous and pleasant. Highly recommend to anyone experiencing financial distress.
