I believe Ollie's is falling into the same path that Big Lot's had. I purchased a fan yesterday and 90% of the boxes were crushed or mutilated. We looked at their candy, which was only a few cents different in price from normal retailers. However, the candy and a lot of their food is out of date. Ollie's was a much better store when it opened. As stores compete to stay open, showing greed by offering products like mentioned above, you are tightening your own noose.
