Helen has been a superstar in helping me with my case, going above and beyond what was expected as a solicitor by showing genuine care and concern. One thing to note is that all legal processes are slow and filled with frustrating delays, so when you are impatient like I am, it can be hard to remain calm. Olliers do there best to help but are subject to the same delays and frustrations that cannot be avoided by other parties and the system. I was involved in a car accident where the street lights were out and a pedestrian walked out in front of me on a green light. I was charged with careless driving which has a mandatory year ban and a maximum of 2 years imprisonment.
