Dr. Grace Ng is so kind, friendly, professional and helpful. She was very thorough with my eye exam, explained my symptoms clearly, and was also very kind and attentive during the follow-up appointments. I really appreciated her care and professionalism.
Sara was absolutely wonderful! She accompanied us throughout the process and helped both me and my husband choose the perfect glasses. She was very kind, patient, and friendly. Her positive attitude made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciate her help and highly recommend her!
I came in today because my glasses needed a small repair, and they handled everything so quickly and kindly that I was genuinely impressed. It’s also conveniently located in the heart of Lonsdale, and they have a great selection of beautifully designed glasses and sunglasses. I’d definitely love to come back again—highly recommend!!
