Both my son and I have had our eye exams here and purchased glasses. I had a few issues with my son's glasses but the team here has been excellent to make sure our issues were taken care of and we left happy. We will be back for sure!

I recently had an amazing experience at this Ollie Quinn and felt compelled to share my gratitude! The arm of my glasses broke while trying on some clothing at another store just minutes before. I then saw the Ollie Quinn and brought in the broken glasses (that I didn't purchase from this store), unsure if they could help me. To my surprise, the store clerk (Jim) was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to assist me with the repair. Yoojin and Jack were so helpful and fixed our glasses for free, even when it seemed quite busy. Truly excellent customer service.
I got my Progressive lens at OQ Calgary store and still wearing them 5 years later. Last night, one of the silicone nose clips snap so I decided to drop by OQ Brentwood today and check if they can fix it. The female staff (sorry forgot to ask her name) was so nice that she fixed both nose clips for free. I guess I paid for my glasses as investment and now I got awesome post-sale service.
