Amazing staff and service!
had a wonderful experience at this optometrist. I purchased both glasses and sunglasses, and Jin was incredibly helpful throughout the process. The service was excellent, and I’m so happy with my new glasses. Highly recommend!
Been going to O&Q for a few years now. Always good service and a very nice selection of frames. Now that they're open in Brentwood (close to home!) it's even better! Staff is friendly and informative. Great to have them in the neighbourhood.
I’ve been looking to replace my glasses for so long, I rarely like any on my face. Not only did the woman helping me quickly point me in the right direction and provide honest feedback, she popped the lenses out of some sunglasses and showed me the perfect frames. I’m actually excited to wear my future glasses. Thank you!
Both my son and I have had our eye exams here and purchased glasses. I had a few issues with my son's glasses but the team here has been excellent to make sure our issues were taken care of and we left happy. We will be back for sure!
