My PT post op at Orlin Cohen Lynbrook was a poor experience. I had 3 appointments initial they forgot about me in waiting room for 45 mins. Follow up PT the person called out sick needed to reschedule (managed same day) second session a different PT called out sick too this time no appointment available. I don’t need much PT but I’m getting replaced next year and DEFINITELY won’t use Orlin Cohen PT
Very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
My experience at the facility was pleasant, and the after effects were minimal, but I immediately noticed change for the better.
