I am happy with the power couch I purchased. Good price. 2 bad experiences tho. We were told we were getting new couch from warehouse but we're delivered the floor model, that was replaced with new couch later that week. The delivery guys broke the cord powering the couch so we had to wait 5 days for replacement, I fear if cord had not been damaged we would have not found out that we were given floor model instead of new one. We were just basically window shopping for a couch, but they do have nice furniture. The manager of the shop was willing to accommodate our financial need, but at that time we had to discuss what we'd do with our old couch. Now that it has broken, I guess we'll be making another visit to actually replace our sectional. I just wanted to add that although I appreciate an attentive salesperson, please respect the fact that when a person says they are just looking, please let them do so.
