Attorney Thomas Newton filed a lien against my condo unit for "not paying any assessment fees" after months of sending assessment fees directly to the law firm. Unclear how the law can be broken like that. It seems like the FDCA says otherwise, but oh well. Even argues against my stake in the condominium and what benefits I should receive.
I had worked with John Oliveri with another company and reached out to him for assistance with a personal real estate issue. As i remembered him, he was kind, caring and understanding. Worst office in the Tri-State area. Very unprofessional and creates large unnecessary fees to keep individuals in debt. Please find another office.
