Attorney Thomas Newton filed a lien against my condo unit for "not paying any assessment fees" after months of sending assessment fees directly to the law firm. Unclear how the law can be broken like that. It seems like the FDCA says otherwise, but oh well. Even argues against my stake in the condominium and what benefits I should receive.
