I contacted Mr. Oliveri thinking I might need his services. Upon asking me some questions he discerned what I really needed was information. He then took a considerable amount of time out of his busy day to explain the topic to me in a manner I understood and to provide me with resources. Despite spending a lot of time helping me, he never charged me. It is the exceptional person who extends themselves like this to help a stranger. Mr. Oliveri is that person.
