I’ve spent years in real estate, purchasing homes for both myself and my clients, and I recently closed on my own primary residence in Celebration, Florida. Unfortunately, my experience with this title company was deeply disappointing—marked by a lack of professionalism, questionable reliability, and excessive costs. If you’re considering a title company, I would strongly recommend exploring other options.
We stressed so much doing closing, especially hearing on news how people were scam wiring money with other companies. We are in NJ and purchased in FL. Oliver Title made this so calm, easy and we felt comfortable every step of way. The staff is great and on point, very responsive. The attorney is very informative and his team was extremely helpful. The office itself is so cute, how could you not take pictures in there. I will use them again for another closing in the future.
