His priority is money. He spends tremendous energy making sure he is paid for every minute of his time, but doesn’t seem very committed to helping his clients. I shelled out 900 bucks for his ‘help’ and feel like I could’ve gotten the same info from chat GPT or the internet at the end of the day. Don’t waste your time. Charisma and social skills go a long way when working with people in vulnerable positions and he has very little.

I had an initial phone call with Oliver regarding a landlord/tenant dispute after contacting him via web form, but decided not to move forward. In the call he was curt, but bordered on impolite. This is the kind of quality I would want in someone representing me, but not something I’d expect directed at a potential client within 30 seconds of introducing himself.
