Started out great, things started moving a little slower for us. Have been trying to get in touch with Mr Oliver for the last several months, will not answer emails, nobody in the office, and previous phone call messages remained unanswered, nor returned. Now I can’t even get a connected call. I understand that case loads change and at times things get hectic, but when a client changes lawyers, at least a good lawyer will answer calls or messages to allow old clients to settles their accounts.
