Recently used Oliver and Co for a sale and purchase, overall really happy with their services. Joshua Beggs was absolutely great in providing me with updates when he could and always got back to my calls/questions.
Unprofessional. Never reads emails, when they send emails full of typos. Need to always send them the same information twice. They forwarded me the buyers solicitors queries without non legalise translation, so I had to request they enact some common sense and trabslate the email to laymans terms (literally their job). The transaction started in February and didn't conplete until August due to the delay on the searches. They asked the same obvious questions about the inventory twice, months apart.
