I have bought and inquired about several items from her over the past few years and she is always friendly, prompt in her responses, and happy to answer questions or send pics. Even though I don’t know her personally, she has even gone so far as to answer questions I had about vintage items I was trying to resell myself, which she did not have to do and was so kind of her.
