I returned a swimsuit unworn, with tags and the sanitary liner fully intact, yet they falsely claimed the liner was removed just to deny my refund. Anyone with common sense knows a removed liner would make it ineligible. It's disappointing to see companies resorting to dishonest tactics over $172.80. Do your research before buying here, returning anything here is a nightmare. I took a photo of the return receipt but I wished I took one of the swimsuit before submitting to FedEx.

Run! Do not buy from here. If it is anything like their online store, forget about customer service. I’m still waiting 37 days (and 4 emails) since they received my return for a refund.

Easy to navigate website. I was able to find a beautiful gown that was sold out on other sites. The order was shipped and received a lot faster than expected! I feel great about my purchase because this company gives back to charities.
