Horrible experience. I had a hard time finding the salon, there's no clear signage and no mention that she's renting inside a hair salon. Ruth was 5 minutes late to the appointment. She didn't check me in, I didn't fill out any paperwork about existing injuries or preferences or areas I'd like to be worked out. I went to get undressed and noticed a large clump of hair on the floor, so I opened the sheets on the bed and there was hair in there too. I said something and we switched rooms but I was nervous.
