First time working with Olivia & Olive photography for my daughter’s cheer photos. I searched through items and EVERYTHING including team photo had digital download options. But I wanted magnets! Olive Photography no longer allows digital downloads of team photos, and it feels like they’re holding families hostage just to squeeze more money out of us. The only option now is to buy prints that usually end up in a drawer, and if you want to share them, you’re stuck scanning or taking a low-quality picture of a picture. It’s 2025…this outdated policy is nothing but a cash grab. A one-time digital fee charged to the team would make sense and actually give families usable photos. They were so kind and accommodating! I was in a panic over my sons baseball photos as they were the same day we left for a family vacation, and we had a long drive. I had already paid for photos not thinking about it was the same day we left. I emailed Olive Photography and explained my situation and that i may need a refund if I can't have my son photoed early. They offered a refund if I needed and also switched the time of his scheduled photo to the earliest time slot so we could leave for our drive a little earlier. I'm s... read more
