Our whole experience from booking, right the way through to gallery delivery, was seamless and so easy which is so important as a busy family with 3 little ones in tow. Kirby made us all feel so welcome in her beautiful studio. We’ve been relying on Kirby for our family photos for years now. Kirby’s work is all through our house. With two difficult children, it always amazes me she gets the most amazing images! We engaged this photographer on Jan 13, 2024, and paid a $500 deposit on Feb 4. Unfortunately, we encountered multiple long periods of non-response and no services were ever delivered, including the initial consultation that was supposed to start the engagement. Despite reaching out several times, both to confirm the call and later to suggest an alternative online meeting, we received little to no communication until March 4, when an apology was issued by her.
