Unfortunately, I have been left disappointed by the subpar customer service I received by this store. As a loyal customer with multiple purchases, including jewelry, pants, shoes, and sweaters, I was definitely taken aback by this experience. Recently, I bought an adjustable ring for $52, which consistently came loose and kept slipping off within 24 hours. This is the best clothing store in Missoula. Highly curated pieces that span what’s new and what looks good forever. And they have the best service of anywhere I’ve ever shopped. If you happen to be there when the owner Michelle is in, you’re in luck. We’re really lucky to have this shop! (Also, they tailor pants to length, which is necessary for a short gal like me.)
