Excellent Care and Professionalism I had the opportunity to be at Olive House, and I must say their professionalism is outstanding. The manager is very accommodating, creating a welcoming environment for both staff and residents. The team spirit among staff is remarkable. They work together to ensure that every resident receives excellent care and support. It’s a place where everyone is valued, and the quality of service reflects their dedication. Just started working at olive house. And I can honestly say it’s the best place Iv worked! Management are approachable kind and supportive. Staff are really nice and helpful and go above and beyond for residents. The home is clean and residents all seem really happy! I’d definitely put my loved one here.

When I worked as a care assistant in the dementia unit I witnessed abuse and neglect towards the residents. I was sacked for whistle blowing and my concerns were never dealt with. I pray that things have changed for the sake of the residents who can't speak up for themselves.
