Gwendolyn and her team were great! As first time home buyers, the process can be intimidating but Olinski Law made the process seamless and worked with us every step of the way to ensure that we were getting the best deal on the house we could get with the repairs that were needed. It was a long process due to the back and forth negotiations with the seller but Gwendolyn and her team was there supporting us the whole time and didn’t miss a beat. Pricing is very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!
Great office
The team at Olinksi Law were wonderful to deal with. They were responsive and helpful navigating the horrible experience of buying and selling a house in over-regulated New Jersey. They knew of ways to solve the issues and make sure the parties worked together to leave the transaction happy. I highly recommend them and will be referring Gwen and team to all my friends.
