I was told that I was mean and rude (twice) in front of a customer, the thing was is that I was trying to give a compliment, but it came out wrong which I sometimes do, so I apologize for that. I was also told that I don't buy every time that I come in (3 or 4 times) in lots of years. They machine quilted 2 quilts for me and did a great job.
