Set up a transport of my mother in law to have a medical procedure done at 5am but they never showed up. Phone calls were not returned. If I would have known I would have rented a van on my own.

Working with Rita Blake was very helpful, she is very shift in answering calls and returning calls. She is very patient and understanding. She mad me to see my mother after so long. I will surely be working with her again.

Contacted Olivia transit for a ride from the hospital to the rehab facility after an orthopedic surgery in which my husband was non weight bearing. Rita Blake was our driver and was very professional and courteous throughout the process. I highly recommend using this service and definitely recommend asking for Rita. We called and booked her for the follow visit with the surgeon as well

Olidia Transit was amazing to work with! We had them scheduled to transport seven handicapped athletes around the Twin Cities area for a weekend and Olidia Transit made it a positive experience. They are punctual and when there was a delay with our scheduled ride, Rita was so kind and patient. Her and her drivers waited for a few hours at the airport.
