The whole process took 3 hours, I had to wait an hour at the front desk to get a transfer, and when I was finished with the phlebotomy machine I had to wait almost half an hour with a giant needle in my arm for me to get unhooked bc the phlebotomist wanted to stand there ki-ki-ing with the other donors AND HE KEPT DOING IT WHILE HE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF UNHOOKING ME FROM THE MACHINE. Got threatened and cursed out on the line by two people... the manager only addressed me. Its like that . Never had an issue with anybody. I was told to meet the girl outside and she was going to beat the crap out of me.. when I answered her I was the one being disrespectful.I'm 62 years old I'm not about to be threatened intimidated or start fighting with people over a place in line very disappointed today ...very disappointed. I am a regular donor here and it is usually a very friendly clean and nice environment.

I go all the time and never even had a bad experience at all. The staff in the front are awesome as well as the staff that hook you up to the machines. Shout out to Rico your one of the best.
