What a joke this place is. They offer low rates then they nickel and dime you daily for 'Policy'. They say 'Systems' down weekly, web app doesn't work. I was out of town once and getting gas, my card failed cause they were having difficulties.

Picture perfect customer service from the best staff. I've been doing business with OTPFCU for almost 40 years and have always been more than satisfied.
