Our purpose is to provide lasting relief from musculoskeletal disorders and help restore your physical alignment. Serving the Charlotte community since 2013, we have learned that a deep rub on a painful area is not a sustainable solution. Hence our work is focused on increasing your body awareness through therapeutic massage, movement and education. In addition, we strive to create a meditative space where you can organize your body, liberate your mind and energize.

Best massage I've ever had. Bar none.
Wasn't too sure about this until I tried it, have to say this Cacao stuff has an interesting effect on me and I quite enjoyed it. I mixed with some honey and it was scrumptiously good and quite calming. Good way to relieve some stress during holidays.
I had the privilege of meeting Olena at Sol Harmony Fest. I accepted her invitation to Cacao and Chill. I immediately connected with her and returned to the tent on multiple occasions throughout the weekend. On the last day, she offered some energetic body release work. I can not fully explain what actually took place. I only know that trapped emotions surfaced and healing took place.
