Took $1000 to write a one and a half page letter that i could have wrote, then said she couldn't help us. We learned, she takes cases she can't handle and rips ppl off. Our new lawyer charge half the retainer and has done twice the work so far.
We used them two years ago and they seemed fine. Today asked if they could help with a mortgage deal, they refused. Asked why? They refused to give a reason why. Very rude on the phone! Very unprofessional! Do NOT use this law firm. Is it a common practice of lawyers to act this way once they are finished with your case? You claim it was a quality assurance reason.
