We recently sought assistance from the lovely Chantelle and Sandy of Oldfield Settlements, to also assist our daughter with her property purchase. We have consistently found them to be professional, personable, informative and hard working. All we really had to do was trust and sign, minimizing the stress around paperwork and making the process easy for us. We would highly recommend Oldfield Settlements as being highly cost effective also.
The service Chantelle provided during the settlement process was incredible! Chantelle went above and beyond for us, as it wasn’t a simple & easy settlement. 100% recommend Chantelle at Oldfield Settlement Services. Thank you again Chantelle, it was a pleasure to work alongside you during this time!

I've used Chantelle twice now - when buying the property and again when selling it. She has been fantastic both times, super communicative, transparent, always on top of things, always felt like I was in safe hands. Highly recommend!
Made this process beyond easy. Chantelle and the team are quick to respond, and were so amazing with explaining exactly what we needed to do along the process being first home buyers. I will be recommending Oldfield to all of my friends - thankyou guys so much for making this such a stress free experience!🫶
