Kind of expensive and rude on the phone, even to the point of hanging up on me while I was thanking them and saying goodbye. I get that they're likely busy, but it's not really a professional way to behave.
I've given these guys tons of business buying firewood over the years and sending other people their way. I called today and John was so incredibly rude on the phone that I will definitely be taking my future business elsewhere. I asked a simple question and he kept speaking rudely to me and then hung up. What the heck. I guess they get so much business that they don't need to offer good customer service for returning customers. Bye.
John’s a great guy and talented sawyer. Worked for him in the late 70’s.
