John’s a great guy and talented sawyer. Worked for him in the late 70’s.
So I've given these guys tons of business buying firewood over the years and sending other people their way. I called today and John was so incredibly rude on the phone that I will definitely be taking my future business elsewhere. I asked a simple question and he kept speaking rudely to me and then hung up. What the heck. I guess they get so much business that they don't need to offer good customer service for returning customers. Bye.
