Absolutely horrible customer service. Contacted them because an ornament I purchased as a gift arrived broken. They showed absolutely no empathy and after replying to my initial inquiry about available replacement options with “send photos” then basically replied to the photos by implying that it wouldn't have been possible for the ornament to break in transit and that the ornament is “retired and out of stock”. Avoid at all costs as they don’t value their customers and lack any sort of basic customer service skills.
I purchased my first European glass ornament here years ago. I think she still has online sales. I loved going in here when traveling to Richmond.
