Used to be quality service easy to navigate always friendly , not anymore. It's obvious they do not comprehend the demographics of a small town. They are no longer operating with their senior population in mind. They are forcing people to download their app to phones ( easily hacked and compromised). Many folks of certain age do not even have cell phones and those that do barley understand how to use them. So now you have to go in person to check your accounts and do other business with them. I’m from out of town. I needed a cashiers check for a real estate transaction. I am a member of a credit union in California. The people at old west were not interested in helping me in any kind of way. No cashiers checks for non members. I asked to open an account. The manager said I did not qualify because I was not local. She was quick to think of a way to get out of serving a potential customer. I went next door to SELCO. This bank is grate for a eastern Oregon resident!!!! If your from out of town use US bank. Otherwise Old West is a great choice!!!
