Terrible place, save yourself and your money. Defective product, lack of accountability, over charged, flippant and the worse service we've ever received. We purchased a $12K (you read that right) table & chair set, which had to be made. Instead of the 3 months we were told, it ended up being a 9 month wait. When the table/ chairs finally arrived, the service folks brought them in and that was it. Great options for furniture. Prices and delivery are reasonable. Very nice workers here and lots to look around at.
I had a great experience buying a bookcase here. They were friendly and helpful, but also have me room to think when I needed it. They have some of the best options in town for solid wood bookcases. Most shops don’t have them anymore. The price was reasonable for the quality. If you want a more modern look, you can head next door. Delivery was cheap compared to other furniture stores and it came when they said it would.
Excellent customer service (Amelia is wonderful) and a great selection. Some things are a bit pricey, but the quality is worth it. Other things are a steal.
