Poorly managed. I went shopping today and grabbed some pillows from a bin that had a 25% Off pink sign taped to it. Once I got to the register, the pillows did not ring up at the discount price. I told the cashier about the sign and also showed one of the workers. Apparently, the sign was taped there in error. The manager said that because there was only 1 sign taped to the bin, he could not honor the discount. THE STORE MANAGER AS WELL AS ASSISTANT MANAGER WERE VERY FRIENDLYVERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN IT COMES TO RUDE CUSTOMERS LOVE THE VARIETY THAT'S NOW IN THE STORE AS FAR AS THE MUSIC IT'S NOT A BOTHER BECAUSE I NEVER GO IN ANY STORE SHOPPING FOR MUSIC SO IT'S FINE🤷♂️ALL & ALL MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT HANDS DOWN
This store is Racist‼️‼️ they literally had me trespassed for nothing I was in the store shopping when they had several police approach Us and tell us we had been in the store previously shoplifting and they wanted us to leave. Gag is it was my FIRST TIME in the store. The Store manager Tracy Wright is rude and very much racist.
Store is pretty awesome. A lot of changes through the last few months. Employee engagement is fantastic and a delight. Customer base needs a little help though. Seems like a lot of rude Karen's shop here. Maybe start catering to a younger generation and not these negative old people 😬 Never had a bad experience here. Keep up the good work. Excited to see more of the changes you guys make! Every day is Christmas when I walk in there.
