I was in Old Time Pottery on Morse Rd. Columbus, OH and while shopping I lost my glasses. I searched the entire store and could not find them. Employee, Pam was really helpful, she looked around the front desk register to see if someone turned them in and when she did not find them, she took my phone number. I was so depressed because those glasses were expensive and I did have the money to replace them, I left everything in my cart and left the store.
