First of all I LOVE shopping at Old Time Pottery! Especially the seasonal items, I have made so many beloved purchases! HOWEVER, I just got back from returning an outdoor chaise lounge cushion of which I bought 2 of, one did not fit the slightly smaller chair of mine. At the register the cashier Susan said oh I don't know if I can take this back it doesn't have the tag, I'll have to call my manager. Bought 2 plant pots
I went in to look for a specific baking dish for Thanksgiving, and I couldn’t find the aisle—must have missed it while looking around. I asked one of the workers for help, a guy named Bill (at least that’s what I believe his name was), and the way he treated me was unbelievable. When I asked where the baking dishes were, he looked at me like I was stupid and snapped that they were “at the end of an aisle down the middle,” then just stormed off. I purchased a pot from Old Time Pottery that didn’t quite match my home décor. When I went to return it, I realized I had lost my receipt. Fortunately, Kim, the manager, went above and beyond — she processed the return using my bank statement instead. What a wonderful manager who truly goes the extra mile to help customers!
