First of all I LOVE shopping at Old Time Pottery! Especially the seasonal items, I have made so many beloved purchases! HOWEVER, I just got back from returning an outdoor chaise lounge cushion of which I bought 2 of, one did not fit the slightly smaller chair of mine. At the register the cashier Susan said oh I don't know if I can take this back it doesn't have the tag, I'll have to call my manager.
