New to the cycling world and stopped by to look at some potential options. Not only was there a great selection of parts and put together bikes. But the customer service was excellent. Mindy (hopefully I spelt that correctly) who helped us was super knowledgeable, approachable, funny and very friendly. The first time I'd been to Old Strathcona Cycles was about a year ago. I came in asking a ton of questions about how to choose the right bike, things to look for, even stuff about style and aesthetic. Mindy was super helpful and encouraging, especially since I was so new to the whole bike scene all together. Took my bike in for a long overdue tuneup and couldn’t be happier with the work. Mindy even matched the crimp ends on the cables to the highlights in the paint!
