I have ordered the coffee scrub soap a few times previously and really enjoyed it. I am a huge coffee lover. This time when I received it, it was not the same. It was much lighter, didn't smell like the strong coffee smell like the previous soaps, and didn't have the nice exfoliating coffee grounds. I emailed customer support about my concerns. I had never heard of this company until a Christmas box of their products was given. I've had to give all the items away, except the honey will be used. Sadly, the bath bomb had some how opened in the box .. but the Spiced Nog just is way too overpowered.
I usually place orders online and pick up in store. But recently went in store to browse everything. Had a great experience bought a few more things and had a chance to check out the full range of products in person. Super nice service and will continue to support, purchase and recommend!
Buyers Beware for anyone ordering from the USA as I received my order but also received an additional amount due to UPS International Package Services with an Invoice billing me for charges as an Importer for my soap order. I paid the shipping fee to Old Soul Soap Company when I placed my order, but the Old Soul Soap Company shipping fee does not cover all the fees associated with shipping my order to me with the new government rules.
