I went into the bank the bank this morning because I needed a debit card, and the machine was “down”. I had to drive to the Flossmoor branch to get my card. UPDATE: TODAY I went through a drive thru and my card was declined. I have MORE than sufficient funds. I called the bank- after being on hold over 25 minutes then being transferred to another banker because her “system was down” - that she sees no issues on her end and maybe the chip on the card got damaged en route via mail delivery. 99 percent of my purchases are made ... read more
