The lady I spoke with, Gina, was very helpful, patient and professional. She would get five or ten stars; but getting through to human beings and wanting to accomplish something without using a website would be nice. Businesses seem to want to steer clients to websites - is that because they don't want to have too many employees that can be useful but cost money. Gina made it worthwhile but before Gina I was about ready to take my business elsewhere.
This bank is the best! Never had an issue with anything. Quick response from staff thru the portal is one of my favorite features of online banking. I would recommend this bank to family and friends. Nina is a lifesaver for whatever questions or concerns you may have.
