OSNB is friendly with a small bank feel. They are excellent with customer service. I appreciate their extra mile help and kindness. Sherry assisted me with a service fee issue. I feel gratitude that it was a pleasant experience...not like how big banks have tried to "rob" me in the past, and ping you for every little thing.
