Called OPPM after my EOB cleared in March and they were supposed to credit my FSA card. A couple weeks after they said they were going to clear my card, I had another appt at the dr office so they were planning on using $20 of my $160 credit since OPPM did not credit my card. Now OPPM is arguing about crediting ANY credit balance until they get a copy of the second EOB.
