Do not bank with these people! They’ve blocked us out of our checking account for weeks with no reason. Extremely rude when trying to get answers of what’s going on with our own money. Fraud department takes up to a week to get ahold of. Now they’re saying they have a nation wide problem with accounts getting unfrozen which sounds like a lie, since no one else is having this issue that I know of. I’m 2 weeks late on my rent and they have no solutions other than to waiting for whenever it gets resolved. I’ll be reporting them... read more
