Do not bank with these people! They’ve blocked us out of our checking account for weeks with no reason. Extremely rude when trying to get answers of what’s going on with our own money. Fraud department takes up to a week to get ahold of. Now they’re saying they have a nation wide problem with accounts getting unfrozen which sounds like a lie, since no one else is having this issue that I know of. Ryan Harwell was a super star in helping me get my Zelle app to work. I've been struggling to get it operational for over a year. For some unexplained reason. It stopped functioning. After numerous visits to two different branches, Ryan was able to spot the problem and get me up and running again. Yay, Ryan!! Thank you, thank you.
Love this bank! I got my mortgage loan through them. First time home owner they explained everything to me through the whole process. They even suggested a relator I used. They helped me set up savings accounts for my kids too! Wonderful people!
