Ryan made everything so easy for me taking out loan. Everyone at the bank is super nice. Thank you for all your help Ryan.
I accompanied my elderly friend to this branch to take care of some complicated transactions. A young man, Ryan, helped her, and apparently it was not the first time he had assisted her although I was not present at those times. He was incredibly sweet, patient, kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. It was a very good experience mostly due to his help and kindness.
I hate their hours and I hate their policies have no idea why I'm still banking there
I came into this branch location to use the coin machine. Ashley was very friendly and informative when she helped me cash my coins in. Once she found out it was my son's savings, she mentioned the kids saving and checking accounts in addition to the current bonus when opening a jr. account. I look forward to opening an account for my son on my next visit to the bank. Thanks Ashley for being knowledgeable about the products offered and sharing that information with me!
