Worst bank in New Lenox. I don't think there is anyone employed at this bank. I came here Friday to close out a couple accounts and the single teller working the window said a personal banker will see me. I sat in the chairs for 40 minutes, not a single person walked by, desks were empty. No one greeted me, no one bothered to see if I was even being helped. This bank needs to close.
Still rude to customers years later. It's a shame. Certain bankers have no people skills.
I visit several different wintrust branches throughout Chicagoland with work deposits. This branch is consistently the worst customer service. It might just be that they're short-staffed. I don't know.
Keyanna Tate, she was very nice and helped me and my mother open an account for me. Very good customer service, and super nice. Offered us water/coffee and was very hospitable.
Keyanna is professional and patient. I have recently opened an account in New Lenox and the friendly atmosphere is fantastic.
