Excellent hemming! Even on jeans, they make the hems look exactly the way the original pants did. Work is fast and reliable. Highly recommended!
Great Shopping Experience but Watch Out for the Parking The one thing I will get out of the way right off the top of my head about this mall is that findind a parking spot, especially during the holiday season, is like the quest for the Holy Grail. Upscale Pain I used to enjoy going here more often. But that was before they added all these upscale shops and tons of chains.The mall itself is well maintained but I feel it has lost alot of it's origional charm. The other thing is alot of folks( mostly rich suburban ladies) seem obsessed with this mall. Any time I have tried to visit here even for their theater, the parking is horriffic and people are circling for a space. They certainly are not giving anything away here, so what's the deal. shopping mall This is a good shopping mall in Skokie. I go here a lot and they have many nice stores. My favorite store here is the Marshall Fields. I go here also to get books for studying at Barnes and Noble. It is a nice mall and it has a lot of stores for everybody to shop at. There are always many people here but I always have so much problem finding a parking and I get really mad when I keep looking and looking and no spot is open. But it is fun to be here.
Outdoor Shopping Center The Old Orchard Shopping Center is a great mall in the suburbs. They have tons of great stores, including a Nordstroms, Bloomingdales, and Crate and Barrel. It is an outdoor mall though, so it can get really really cold in the winter. But in the summer, this place is great because they have it very nicely kept and nicely landscaped too. There are also a whole bunch of great restaurants here. Its a great place to go in the summer with kids too because there is a small playground area in this mall too.
Very fun, upscale outdoors mall Old Orchard Shopping Center is a fun place to shop and spend time with family. In addition to the flagship stores like Marshall Fields, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales and Lord and Taylor they have a nice variety of shops including upscale ones. Outdoor Mall! I like to go heer more for the enjoyable experience than the shopping. In the summer, this mall is beautiful. They have great landscaping and a well kept pathway. I enjoy walking around in this peaceful area. They also have a great food court, with lots of food options. And many of the little cafes and restraunts at this mall have outdoor seating so you can enjoy the outdoors as you enjoy a good meal. Outdoor Shopping I don't enjoy going shopping but when I do, I will usually go to Old Orchard Shopping Center during the warmer months because it is outdoors. Their are plenty of restaurants and all the stores that I like are in the mall. They have little seating areas and fountains that make it very peaceful so it's nice to just take a stroll with a friend.
