Absolutely horrible experience. Made it extremely clear how I wanted my item altered and was disappointed at the sloppy work that resulted in a dress that was way too short. When I kindly told them about my dissatisfaction she simply shrugged her shoulders and said “I don’t care”. Horrible customer service. The prices are absurd as well. Be aware that they only accept cash which just seems fishy.
