Mel is an awesome Physical Therapist.
Kate has been an impactful RMT over 5 years and has made a difference in my well being. After leaving a 45 minute massage my body and mind align. Mel has also helped me with insightful ways to rehabilitate my body when I need it most. Thank-you Old North Wellness. I recommend you all to others as often as I can. Keep up the person centred approach.
Kate McConnell is a fabulous massage therapist. She really helped loosen the tight muscles in my back. She made me feel at ease, very professional! This was my third session with her and will not hesitate to go back.
