Stopped by the Old Navy on Folsom Street and had such a great experience! The store is bright, clean, and super inviting — it just puts you in a good mood. The team provided excellent service, very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Loved the selection too — lots of great product and everything was well organized. Will definitely be coming back!
Came here unintentionally today while searching for a replacement pair of shoes for my young daughter who accidentally lost her shoes at the park. I didn't get the lady's name who helped us unfortunately, but she was so sweet and incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to help us out so I'm leaving a review to show my appreciation. My daughter loves her pink sparkly shoes so much she even trued to wear them to bed
