Stopped in yesterday to get a shirt for my son and found exactly what we wanted right away and for a good value. The clerks were friendly and helpful. Pleasant experience. Will return. I have been buying online for several years but I really liked the in person shopping.
I've been purchasing from Old Navy for at least the past 4 years. I have enough merchandise to basically start my own store because I love the brand, the fit, and the feel of their clothes. I never had a problem with their customer service until now. I placed an order that got lost in the delivery process. Normally, this would be resolved straight away.
