Good Customer Service I had been to two other Old Navy locations trying to find some beach bags i found on line that were on clearance... i decided to call the Third Street Promenade location, to see if they had them in stock before i went there in person. The guy who helped me on the phone was very accommodating and help me reserve 10 bags that he found for me. It was very good customer service. I felt he went above and beyond!! Thank you!
Same Ole This Old Navy is moderately sized, moderately stocked, moderately staffed. Nothing exceptional at all about it. You can count on the same old Old Navy things being on sale, though, and thats not a bad thing. I recommend stopping by this Old Navy when you're sick of shopping at the expensive places in this area like BR, AX, BCBG, etc.
The price is right, but where's the selection? This store just screams, "boring!" Maybe I'm biased because I rarely find my size here. It seems like everything is oversized. I'm sick of plaid shirts, solid colored t-shirts, and basic blue denim. I can buy all of this at Goodwill or Ross for half the price.
